Sinnamon – He’s Gonna Take You Home (To His House) (1982)

Sinnamon is an American female R&B and dance music vocal trio, consisting of Barbara Fowler and Marsha Carter from Connecticut, and Melissa Bell from New York.

Their greatest success occurred in 1982 when their song “Thanks to You” spent two weeks at number one on the US Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in Billboard.The song also reached number 44 on the US Billboard R&B chart.

All of  the band’s singles would have a songwriting and/or production credit by Darryl Payne and their first two singles, “He’s Gonna Take You Home (To His House)” and “Thanks To You” would be mixed by Shep Pettibone.
