Inner Life ‎– No Way (1983)

“No Way” was a 1983 single by American R&B/soul studio project “Inner Life” who had previously enjoyed chart success with “I’m Caught Up (In a One Night Love Affair)” (1979) and “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” (1981). Both tracks featured the vocals of Jocelyn Brown and Leroy Burgess (formerly of Black Ivory).

The group released three accomplished LP’s over 1979 to 1982 and after leaving Salsoul released two singles on the 80’s dance label “Personal Records”.

The first of these singles was “No Way”, written by Leroy Burgess (Aleem/Universal Robot Band) and Sonny T. Davenport (Convertion/Logg) and mixed by John Morales & Sergio Munzibai for the 12″ release.
