Before Anthony Malloy led the band “Anthony And The Camp” from 1986 to 1988, he excelled as a songwriter and musician for various acts such as Kid People, Temper and Serious Intention.
“Serious Intention” was a Paul Simpson project who launched themselves with the garage house classic “You Don’t Know” in 1984 which was written by Simpson and Anthony Malloy. Paul Simpson also produced, arranged and co-engineered the release.
This was followed up with “Serious” on the Pow Wow Records label , this time with Malloy and Simpson sharing writing and production credits. The single was licensed by London Records for release in the UK.
